Batteries are in the pack, the unit is about three and a half inches, and the card states the obvious warning about button cells. At $11.95 it lands in the under-fifteen gift band without looking like a placeholder. The joke is narrower than a laugh track. It only does disappointment, which makes it more specific and slightly meaner, and meaner in the direction of a situation rather than a person. That is the line that keeps it giftable at work. It will get old if it is used every hour. That is true of every sound button.
