A desk spinner with weight to it. The rings turn on bearings, so a flick sets it going for a while and the bands blur into patterns that seem to move against the spin. It is small enough to keep in a pocket and quiet enough for meetings. The listing suggests a drop of light machine oil if it ever slows down. Under $7.
